pissed off dog owner

Worst groomer I've ever encountered. Took my dog there fi r a simple bath. 8 hours later after I never received a call from them I drove up to find them standing outside while my unbathed dog ran loose inside. They told me they were overbooked. The girl grooming does not have a license, her mother at another shop does. BEWARE!!!!
